We offer an exciting opportunity for school leavers to take on an apprenticeship here at Lovewell Blake – it gives you the chance to receive award-winning training, as well as earning a salary with hands-on, real world experience that allows you to put your studies into practice.

Lovewell Blake has built an industry leading reputation for our apprenticeship and graduate schemes. Every year we recruit up to 20 school and college leavers as well as University graduates. We were recently placed in the Top 20 of the government’s official ‘Top 100 Apprenticeship Employers’ List for 2022.

Our trainees are part of their team from day one. Their managers and colleagues support them and encourage them in their studies, providing daily opportunities to put studies into practice. Additionally, students are given paid time out of the office to attend training courses and for exam preparation. An apprenticeship really can give you the best of both worlds.
